Learn Meditation as the Ancient Yogi Masters did!

A physician was once using the same technique to treat diabetes as he did heart-disease. It was a failure!

Sadly, this is what modern meditation classes teach and employ, as a ‘one size fits all’ panacea approach.

Traditional meditation is about you and your unique psychology, karma and biology.

The AROGYA method embraces the ancient wisdom and brings it into the modern world.

– Specific pranayamas (breathing techniques) for you
– Specific dhyanas (meditations) for you
– How to train YOUR mind for meditation
– Specific mantras for YOU
– Personalised one-to-one instruction
– Personalised diet to calm your mind and body for meditation

Benefits:

– Reduce stress, anger, anxiety and depression in your life
– Take control of your own destiny that is your right
– Don’t get bogged down by mass-instruction in a class
– No difficult poses or yoga positions

 Process:

Step I: Purna Ayurveda Consultation: NZ $300.00 to ascertain your biology, psychology and also karmic implications which reveal your specific meditation approach. This is a very in-depth ‘integral’ consultation that examines all areas of your life from physical/medical, spiritual/karmic and psychological.

Step II: Arogya Meditation: NZ $95.00 for the first session and NZ $70.00 for further follow-up half-hour meditation sessions and progress.
